Refund policy

At Aavya, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us at aavya9626@gmail.com with your order details and supporting images/videos.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product
  • A product with missing parts or accessories

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aavya9626@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

For faster claim processing, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Opened skincare products and serums
  • Used grooming products
  • Pet grooming and feeding products
  • Baby feeding products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Clearance, promotional, and final sale items
  • Gift cards

Returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect ordering by the customer may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Successful quality inspection of the returned product

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • COD order refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Aavya will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
